I am a Licensed Psychotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience working with individuals and couples. I feel that creativity that each person holds is one of their greatest treasures, and cultivating it is one of their greatest adventures.

My specialty is working with people who want to cultivate and nurture their innate creativity. This includes artists, musicians, filmmakers, photographers, writers, or anyone else putting their energy towards bringing what is beautiful, honest and profound into the world. I find that psychotherapy can provide invaluable support for the artistically-inclined—helping you to unlock your creative potential, and to navigate the nontraditional life journey that tends to come along with it.
My therapeutic approach draws from a range of practical and evidence-based practice traditions, including psychoanalysis, Gestalt therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT). Above all else, though, I provide my clients with a safe, relaxed environment to explore their experiences and grow.
Prior to establishing my private practice, I worked at The Washington Square Institute, a renowned psychoanalytic training center. I have also taught leadership, wellness, and stress management education classes at Fortune 500 companies. Recently, I founded Urban Retreat, a creative workshop series to empower people to approach their work with meaning and purpose.
